Board of Directors

Pagosa Multi-Purpose Pavilion (PMPP) Board of Directors

Brian Collabolletta
President

Brian has resided in Pagosa for 21 years and owns multiple businesses in town. He is a founding member of PMPP, and has been with the project since 2012. Brian helped to set things in motion in 2014 by locating, then organizing the retrieval and reassembly of the used rink that was brought to Pagosa. His passion for hockey and all things ice related have helped make the PMPP what it is today and he looks forward to building a strong future with our community.

Nicole Cyr
Vice President

Nikki is our vice president and volunteer coordinator. She has been involved with PMPP for the last 5 years and joined the board 3 years ago. Nikki is passionate about being involved and giving back to our community. She is an avid hockey lover and is excited for the future of our project.

Jenn O’Neill
Secretary

Jenn spends her days working for the National Park Service, managing the partnerships program for Grand Canyon National Park. She has been a regular visitor to Pagosa Springs over the last twenty years, beginning when her oldest and dearest friend moved to town and set up shop. Since that friend married a hockey nut, Jenn is eager to contribute her day-job skills – project planning for public/private partnerships, capital fundraising, and nonprofit management – to the PMPP Board as Secretary, and is looking forward to supporting the Pagosa Springs community by helping to bring the Pavilion vision to life.

Ryan Jensen
Board member

Ryan has been involved with PMPP since 2015. He began as a volunteer and became a PMPP board member in 2018. Mostly involved with operations and maintenance, Ryan has enjoyed learning about everything it takes to build ice in a challenging variety of conditions. He looks forward to seeing the expansion of youth programs at the pavilion, and the development of a needed community asset.

Dan Porter
Board member

Dan brings an extensive retail operations and real estate background to the PMPP board. His executive level career created more than 2500 organic single store openings, and resulted in hundreds of retail acquisitions. Dan also brings a track record of over 125 profitable development projects in the last 9 years. Dan played NCAA D-3 College Hockey and brings his passion for community sporting activities and relations to the PMPP Board and the Pagosa Springs community.

Jim Smith
Board member

Jim moved to Pagosa Springs in 2019 and has been involved with PMPP since 2020, both as a board member and an active member of our volunteer staff. His participation is driven by belief in the long-term vision of building a multi purpose pavilion to serve the full community and our youth sports.

Dan Stephens
Board member

Dan has been a member of the PMPP board since the spring of 2024 and has been helping with ice maintenance and skate shack duty since the 2022 season. He has loved ice skating for as long as he can remember and wants the youth of Pagosa to have that same opportunity.
